IT House is recruiting for Repsol: IT Applications Manager (m/f), a multinational company leading in the energy sector, for the integration of an IT Applications Manager who will join the company's Information Technology team in Portugal.

This professional will be responsible for leading application development projects and managing the life cycle of the applications under their responsibility, actively contributing to improving efficiency and effectiveness in business areas.

Main responsibilities:

- Lead or participate in process optimization projects and the adoption of innovative technological solutions

- Coordinate, execute and conclude technological initiatives aligned with the organization's strategy

- Ensure the quality of the services provided in the applications under their responsibility, promoting continuous improvement

- Assess the impact and cost-benefit relationship of new technological solutions

- Identify business needs in coordination with other IT teams

- Foster collaboration with business areas, supporting change management and decision-making

- Monitor business development in Portugal in the context of digital transformation

- Manage the budget of the applications and assigned projects, contributing to alignment with the strategic plan.

Desired profile:

- Higher education in Management, Information Systems, or related fields

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles

- Proven knowledge in: Salesforce (highly valued), Web Applications, Mobile Applications, Microsoft Azure, and generative AI

- Experience in managing IT projects (experience in Agile methodologies is valued)

- Fluency in English (mandatory) and Spanish (valued)

- Valued experience in commercial contexts in the energy sector and/or loyalty programs.
