Profile:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT, Management, or related fields);

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in: Specification and follow-up of digital solutions (Apps, Web, CRM, etc.);

- Experience in IT project management;

- Experience in Incident handling and resolution.
