Job Description

We are looking for a Network Support Technician | French Speaker to be a part of our NOC team. You will be responsible to perform excellent customer support through advanced technical knowledge, proactive maintenance, effective communication, efficient task execution, and collaborative problem-solving to achieve high customer satisfaction.

This position is based in the city of Maia in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute assigned support tickets, tasks, and shifts, ensuring fast and effective resolution.

- Professionally handle customer/guest phone calls during assigned shifts.

- Resolve complex tickets, collaborating closely with Senior Support or Systems Engineers.

- Perform assigned preventive maintenance tasks following defined guidelines and scripts.

- Coordinate remote support activities and task execution with field technicians.

- Execute assigned project tasks and work orders, ensuring timely completion.

- Remotely coordinate project execution with field technicians and subcontractors.

- Conduct project handovers, including the preparation of the final technical report.

- Ensure full compliance with Technical Consultancy and company processes.

Must Have

- Technical Course or Diploma in Networks, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.

- Fluency in French and English.

- Understanding of network protocols.

- Experience in network and telecommunication systems.

- Availability to work in shifts.
