Landing.Jobs has started its online questionnaire for the Tech Talent Trends Report 2026, its eighth one. The survey is for IT people and wants to get info that shows what the tech job market in Portugal is really like.
Landing.Jobs and Damia Portugal are working together on the report, which is made by the tech community, for the tech community. It wants to help people make good choices about pay, skill-building, work styles, and career moves. It also helps companies understand what people want and what the tough parts are.
Right now, they're getting info through the online survey. The results will come out in the Tech Talent Trends Report 2026 & Salary Benchmark, probably in the second part of the year. This time, they're putting together what the tech community says with hiring info from the Damia Group, so it's a better look at the industry.
The study will check out important stuff like tech jobs that are needed, new programming languages and systems, work styles (remote, hybrid, and in-office), pay changes, perks, career goals, and what's up with Artificial Intelligence.
Any IT worker can take the survey, no matter what they do or how much experience they have. It'll be online until the end of February 2026.
