Norwegian software giant Visma has probably picked London rather than Amsterdam for its planned introductory open advertising (IPO) in 2026, agreeing to Reuters.
Visma had initially considered going open in 2023 but raised capital secretly instep, esteeming the company around €19 billion ($22 billion).
The choice of London reflects later listing changes by the UK’s money related controller and the city’s more profound capital markets with a solid UK-focused financial specialist base.
