After finishing 2025 with €3.5 million in turnover, Quanteam Portugal plans to double its revenue to €7 million and expand its team to 150 consultants by 2026. This consultancy, which focuses on banking, finance, and tech, belongs to the Rainbow Partners group.
Portugal is a key spot in the group’s worldwide network of over 1,000 professionals in 13 offices. Francisco Sousa Pinto, Managing Partner, says it’s good to have local presence and international size. Guillaume Favrot mentions that the firm stands out by mixing financial and tech know-how to handle big projects from Lisbon.
The growth plan involves hiring more specialized people, building stronger tech alliances, and growing in banking, financial markets, cybersecurity, and data.
