Are you a master's student with big ideas and a drive to shake things up? Do you want to jump into real-world projects and learn at lightning speed? Then NOS Alfa might be just what you're looking for.
NOS Alfa is our trainee program where you can pick one of three paths: Biz (think marketing, managing projects, making things better, moving stuff around, selling, etc.), Tech (mobile, networks, coding, robots), or Data (data science, engineering, figuring stuff out with data). It lasts a year, and you'll switch teams every six months. This way, you get to see how different groups work and learn a ton. Besides that, we give you special training, a buddy to help you out, and a mentor to guide you.
