Last summer, I finished up 2.5 years as VP of Product Engineering at AUTODOC. It was a time of big changes, lots of learning, and personal growth.
While I was there, I:
- Helped the engineering teams grow and change.
- Managed platform and architecture upgrades.
- Improved how product and engineering worked together.
- Developed leadership skills and built strong teams.
- Worked with top executives on plans and strategies.
Since then, I’ve been working as a part-time VP/CTO, advising companies on tech strategy, architecture, team structure, and making things run smoothly.
I’m also looking for full-time roles like Director, VP of Engineering, or CTO, where I can own the tech strategy and help teams grow for the long haul.
If you're building, expanding, or changing your product-led company, I’d like to get in touch.
