The Leiria-based technical services company EST has sold 70% of its capital to the French engineering group Vulcain Engineering.
The deal is expected to strengthen EST’s capabilities, particularly in the nuclear, pharmaceutical, naval, and railway infrastructure sectors, enabling the company to expand its services and international reach.
