The 9th edition of Leadership Summit Portugal will take place on September 25th at Casino Estoril, gathering top national and international voices to debate this year’s theme: “The Game of Leaders – New Rules for Politics, Earth, AI and Humans.”
In a world facing rising polarization and conflict—political, environmental, economic, and social—this edition calls for new rules, new dialogues, and new leadership paradigms.
Among the confirmed international speakers are:
- Sean Pillot de Chenecey – futurist, researcher, author, and host of The New Abnormal podcast
- Netta Jekins – CEO of Aerodei, LinkedIn leadership host, and Forbes-acclaimed author
- Frank Tétart – geopolitics professor and author of Atlas of Religions
Notable Portuguese participants include Luís Marques Mendes, Armindo Monteiro (CIP), Marcelo Nico (Tabaqueira), Pedro Gomes (Teleperformance), and Fernando Alvim, among many others.
The Summit will also present the winner of an international leadership ideas competition, held among the 9,000 Global Shapers of the World Economic Forum.
Organized by Tema Central, the Global Shapers Lisbon Hub, and the Cascais City Council, the event is supported by a broad coalition of institutions and sponsors, from Capgemini to Merck, Zurich, and Turismo de Portugal.
