Kyndryl has chosen José Gonçalves, previously the President of Accenture Portugal, to head Kyndryl Portugal, taking over from José Manuel Paraíso.
Gonçalves comes with over 30 years of ICT experience and a special focus on digital and business changes, plus energy and utilities, after seven years leading Accenture Portugal. He started his career at Accenture in 1994 and recently served as Global Managing Director for Resource Sustainability Services there.
Paraíso, who helped Kyndryl enter the Portuguese market in 2021 and had 27 years with IBM, retires after 42 years in tech.
