Intapp has announced its plan to acquire TermSheet, a software provider for real estate teams, in a move set to transform the way real assets firms operate. The acquisition, expected to close within 45 days, will combine TermSheet’s industry expertise with Intapp’s DealCloud platform to create a powerful AI-powered operating system tailored for real estate investors, advisors, and operators.
The unified platform will streamline workflows, boost execution speed, and deliver insights across the investment lifecycle. Intapp also welcomes TermSheet’s founders, Roger Smith and Sahil Rattan, and their experienced team. Once the integration is complete, clients of both platforms will gain access to the new features at no extra cost.
