Carnaxide-based digital consulting firm Inovflow, specializing in Cegid Primavera software, has acquired NSoft, taking over its operations, clients, and team of nearly 100 employees. This marks Inovflow’s second acquisition in Braga, three years after buying Slim Business Solutions.
NSoft was a long-standing PHC partner, founded by Rui Barbosa and José Gonçalves.
