Havi, a North American company that focuses on supply chain and logistics, is investing 200 million euros into its Havi TechHub in Lisbon. This investment will help expand the center, which was selected a year ago as Havi's global hub for technology innovation.
As part of the plan, the team will grow from 80 to 150 employees, and new offices will open in Cais do Sodré on September 17. The move aims to boost Lisbon's position as a major tech center worldwide.
Havi was started in Chicago in 1974 and now has over 7,000 employees around the globe. The company has been working in Portugal since 1993, and the Lisbon TechHub will help drive local economic growth and highlight important future projects.
