Fidelidade has opened a new collaborative office in Porto, now located at Avenida da Boavista 253, inside the historic Brasília shopping centre, which is the city's oldest mall. The modern space brings together 170 employees who were previously working in different buildings, into one single, fully renovated, and central location.
The new office takes up three open-plan floors with a bright glass front, designed with teamwork, comfort, and employee well-being in mind.
It includes ergonomic workstations, meeting rooms, training areas, quiet spaces, leisure zones, and a dining area, all meant to create a more flexible and dynamic work environment.
“This is more than just moving to a new place,” said Joana Queiroz Ribeiro, Director of People and Organisation at Fidelidade.
“It shows how we want to work in the future—with closer teamwork, more flexibility, and better conditions for our employees. ”
