Fábrica 3A’s business center in Maia welcomes multinational Li.me

Fábrica 3A’s business center in Maia is welcoming the multinational company Li.me. Li.me, a global company that provides shared electric vehicles, has set up its operations at Fábrica 3A’s business center in Leça do Balio. The deal was handled by the Industrial & Logistics Department of Savills, which worked on behalf of Lionesa, the owner of the property.

The business center is located in Gueifães, Maia, and it's in the former “AAA” oil factory.

Now, it's called “3A’s,” which represents a link between a lively social space and art, which inspires business. The place has good road connections, near the new A4 (Matosinhos/Ermesinde) section and major roads like the VCI, A3, A4, A41, and A28.

Li.me works in about 30 countries across five continents, offering electric bike and scooter rentals.

Its goal is to create a shared, affordable, and eco-friendly future. Tomás Fonseca, an Industrial & Logistics Consultant at Savills, said Fábrica 3A’s has the right mix of location, facilities, and history, making it the best place for Li.me to grow in Portugal.
