EVS has finalized its acquisition of MOG Technologies, integrating the company’s software-defined video ingest and transcoding solutions into its portfolio. The deal enhances EVS’s MediaCeption asset management platform, expands its end-to-end live production ecosystem, and adds a sixth R&D center to the group.
Customer response has been positive, with EVS already showcasing integrated solutions at IBC in Amsterdam and preparing to announce a major customer project. All MOG Technologies employees have now officially joined EVS.
