Braga-based dst group is finishing the second phase of Bosch Portugal’s new production and logistics hub. This project is a key part of the massive Bosch Portugal €100M investment, making it one of the most significant industrial developments in the Aveiro region.
Collaborative Engineering at Scale
The intervention involved the construction of a massive 50,000 m² main hall. This wasn't a building project; it was a "collaborative engineering" feat. The dst group coordinated several specialized subsidiaries to handle everything from 3D modeling and load tests to complex electrical and HVAC systems.
- Bim+: Managed advanced 3D modeling.
- Tlaboratório: Conducted critical load tests.
- Tagregados & Tgeotecnia: Handled demolitions, earthworks, and perimeter containment.
- DTE: Installed the complex electrical and HVAC systems.
The work spanned everything from deep foundations to intricate metal and wood cladding, highlighting the wide-ranging expertise found in construction company from Braga projects.
Building Sustainable Industrial Infrastructure in Aveiro
More than a large-scale project, this expansion creates sustainable industrial infrastructure in Aveiro. It boosts Bosch’s production capacity while prioritizing innovation and regional growth.
As the dst group highlights, this facility is more than its square footage—it is a foundation for high-efficiency, future-ready manufacturing in Portugal.
