XRXES has officially moved into Portugal with Noexa IT-Solutions, a tech consulting firm that works on software and tech services. Noexa, which started in July 2024 with €500,000 in funding from XRXES, is planning to grow quickly. They think they’ll hit €500,000 in sales in 2025 and €1.8 million in 2026 because they're getting more clients and a bigger tech team.
Noexa, led by CEO Abílio Lopes, wants to get more established in Spain and Portugal over the next five years. They also want to improve what they offer tech-wise, hire more specialists, and start working with the government. They’re planning to go to Latin America in 2028, using Portugal as a link between Europe and Latin America.
Right now, the company has 20 employees from three countries. The larger XRXES group has 80 employees in 14 countries. The company says Portugal is now the main tech center for the group, handling software, HR, design, communications, IT, and operations. They’ve recently worked on things like a retirement planning for Austria’s SVS, which you can use on computers and phones.
Noexa spends 12% of its yearly income on research, which shows they care about new ideas. They say new tech like AI and automation are important for their future growth. CEO Abílio Lopes says they see AI as a way to make things faster and help people be more creative, so they can focus on important stuff.
