- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Maximo solutions
- Configure and customize Maximo applications according to business needs
- Support integrations between Maximo and other enterprise systems
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Participate in testing, deployment and continuous improvement activities
- Collaborate with international teams and business stakeholders
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge transfer

- Professional experience working with IBM Maximo
- Hands-on experience with Maximo configuration and customization
- Good understanding of Maximo modules, processes and functionalities
- Experience with Maximo integrations and enterprise system interfaces
- Experience in application support, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Experience working in international or distributed teams
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional working proficiency in English

- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience with Java or other technologies used within the Maximo ecosystem
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Previous experience in international Maximo projects
- Relevant IBM Maximo certifications
