• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Maximo solutions
• Configure and customize Maximo applications according to business needs
• Support integrations between Maximo and other enterprise systems
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Participate in testing, deployment and continuous improvement activities
• Collaborate with international teams and business stakeholders
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge transfer
