The 6th edition of ScratchDay will take place on October 18 in the City of Culture. It is aimed at children aged 7 to 15 and teachers.

The Professional College of Technical Engineering in Computer Science (CPETIG), thanks to the collaboration agreement with the Agency for Technological Modernization of Galicia (AMTEGA), will develop a new edition of the Scratch Day program.

The initiative aims to break down myths around computer programming and to awaken and foster vocations in the STEAM field from an early age.

This new day of learning and fun, which will be celebrated on October 18 at the City of Culture of Galicia (Creative Entrepreneurship Center - CEM, Eisenman Hall), is intended for children aged 7 to 15 and their parents, as well as for teachers or individuals responsible for the centers interested in introducing Scratch in teaching, with the goal of encouraging creativity, entrepreneurship, and problem-solving skills.
