Description
Um/a DWP Operation and 2nd Level Support bem-sucedido/a deve ter:
- Provide second-level support for end-user devices, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- Manage operational tasks related to workplace infrastructure and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Maintain and update documentation for processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies and upgrades within the workplace infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
Profile
A successful DWP Operation and 2nd Level Support should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong technical skills in workplace infrastructure and end-user support, M365, W11, ITIL.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with compliance standards in the financial services industry.
