Senior ServiceNow Administrator

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to join a dynamic and innovative international team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, ensuring efficient IT service management and process optimization across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions according to business requirements.

- Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts (JavaScript, Glide scripting) and integrations using APIs.

- Manage performance tuning, troubleshooting, and platform upgrades.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align ITSM processes with ITIL best practices.

- Support integration projects using SOAP, REST, and MID Server protocols.

- Contribute to the automation of workflows and processes within the platform.

Profile

- Proven experience in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and implementation.

- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM frameworks.

- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide).

- Knowledge of ITOM, ITBM, or related ServiceNow modules (preferred).

- Familiarity with automation tools and Service Management Tools (SMT) beyond ServiceNow.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certifications are highly valued.
