IT Application Manager - Manage our global HSE SaaS platform and ensure its reliability!

Main purpose of the position:

The IT Application Manager is responsible for the operational management of the global HSE SaaS platform, ensuring it runs reliably, securely, and in compliance with both local and global standards. The role oversees integrations with internal systems, manages user access and configuration, and supports the platform’s alignment with the central governance framework.

What will you do:

- Manage user access, configuration, license usage, and release cycles for the HSE SaaS platform.

- Ensure platform compliance with local and global regulatory requirements.

- Oversee change control processes and coordinate with internal IT and vendors.

- Standardise incident management, service requests, and reporting workflows.

- Monitor platform performance using appropriate tools and track SLA adherence.

- Support data integration, quality monitoring, and stewardship activities.

Who you’ll work with:

- Global HSE, Sustainability, and Compliance teams.

- Internal IT teams (integration, infrastructure, cybersecurity, support).

- SaaS vendor and external support partners.

- Data governance, enterprise architecture, and cross-functional governance board.

What makes you fit:

- 5+ years of experience managing SaaS platforms in a global enterprise setting.

- Experience with identity and access management, audit logging, and data integration.

- Proven ability to manage change control, configuration, and release cycles.

- Strong coordination and communication across diverse teams and regions.

- Structured and detail-oriented approach to operational delivery.

- Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.

- Ability to manage complexity and maintain clarity under pressure.

Nice to have:

- Understanding of HSE processes, compliance, and reporting standards, desirable.
