Deloitte Legal and Telles are partnering to create Deloitte Legal Telles, a new firm starting with about 220 lawyers, a first in the Portuguese legal scene.
António Lagartixo, CEO of Deloitte Portugal, and Francisco Espregueira Mendes, managing partner at Telles, told Negócios that they plan to double their combined revenue to €50 million in five years through this deal.
The two say tech and AI will be key to the new firm's strategy and daily work. They want to build a more unified legal service by mixing legal knowledge with Deloitte’s tech skills and varied approach.
