Since its launch in 2015, the company has maintained an average annual growth rate of 15%, tripled its size, and delivered more than 1,700 projects across 12 sectors and 15 countries. Today, it counts around 300 professionals distributed across four expertise centers, including one outside Portugal.
Founded by Fernando Reino da Costa, Francisco Gomes, José Carlos Anastácio, Luís Simões and Paulo Garcia, Unipartner has become a strategic ally in the digital modernization of both public and private organizations. Its work spans areas such as banking, insurance, healthcare, energy, industry, public administration and the nonprofit sector.
The company’s service portfolio covers workplace AI, process transformation, customer experience, data strategy, application modernization, cybersecurity, cloud computing, governance and compliance, along with sector-focused Managed Services. Its international presence now includes markets such as Ireland, Germany, Spain, Italy and Belgium, as well as Angola and Mozambique. It currently supports over 100 clients through roughly 200 active projects.
A long-standing partnership with Microsoft has been central to Unipartner’s trajectory, earning multiple Partner of the Year distinctions in categories such as Modern Workplace, Security, Application Modernization and Digital Transformation.
