Today marks a significant milestone for Telenor Shared Services (TSS) with the launch of the Nordic People Portal and HR Service Desk in Lisbon🚀 This platform now serves as a one-stop shop for HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement support across all Nordic business units, including Telenor Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and DNA Finland.
What’s New?
The People Portal offers a self-service approach with a streamlined content structure featuring relevant, easy-to-find information from all four business units. For more complex inquiries, the Lisbon-based Service Desk team is ready to provide expert support.
Expanding the Scope of Support
Previously, TSS HR Service Desk managed only Norwegian cases. Now, with the inclusion of Denmark, Sweden, and Finland, the team has undergone intensive training to understand Nordic HR processes, including Swedish payroll details and Finnish vacation laws.
Training Highlights:
- Comprehensive onboarding for Lisbon team members, including desktop simulations and real-case training.
- Knowledge transfer facilitated by Ali Tariq and Silje Helene Stensrud, who gathered documented and undocumented processes across Nordic HR teams.
- Supportive methodology emphasizing accuracy and escalation processes to second-line experts when needed.
