Cortinhas thinks AI isn't just a fad—it's something you need to stay competitive. He says that using tech is how companies stay relevant. Because Swonkie saw the market was changing, they turned their product into a complete marketing helper that works on its own.
The startup is already being used in African countries where they speak Portuguese, and they want to grow into Spain and other Latin American countries by 2030. Cortinhas says that the only way to make it is to adapt. If they stop helping their customers, there's no point in them being around.
