SAP has announced it will buy SmartRecruiters, a company that specializes in talent acquisition software. This acquisition will help improve SAP’s SuccessFactors HCM suite by adding SmartRecruiters’ tools for handling large volumes of job applications, using AI to improve the candidate experience, and automating parts of the hiring process.
SmartRecruiters works with more than 4,000 companies around the world, including Amazon and Visa.
Its easy-to-use platform and built-in analytics are expected to make SAP’s HR solutions more efficient, helping with hiring processes, making better hiring decisions, and providing a better experience for both recruiters and job seekers.
The deal is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025, once it gets approved by the relevant authorities.
The financial details of the deal have not been made public.
