Pedro Ângelo Reappointed as President of NAV Portugal

The Portuguese Government has approved the reappointment of Pedro Ângelo as president of NAV Portugal – Navegação Aérea, reinforcing continuity in the leadership of the country's air navigation services. Alongside him, Ana Cristina Lima has been reappointed as a board member, while Miguel Malaquias Pereira has been newly appointed to the Board of Directors.

The decision follows a favorable opinion from CReSAP (Recruitment and Selection Commission for Public Administration) and was announced in a Council of Ministers statement.

Additionally, the Government has made other key appointments, including Luís Trindade Santos as a member of the Mobility and Transport Authority (AMT).

Pedro Ângelo initially took over as president of NAV Portugal for the 2022-2024 term in December 2023, succeeding Alexandra Reis, who left the role in December 2022 to join António Costa’s Government.
