The Portuguese IT services NovaBase now has 1,262 employees following a restructuring at the end of 2024. Despite the reduction, turnover in its Next-Gen segment remains low at 10.8%.
The company continues to promote employee wellbeing, offering fresh fruit in offices and the “Acting with a Purpose” program.
