Portuguese technology consultancy Noesis has announced plans to hire 150 new professionals by the end of 2025, reinforcing its global team in key areas such as Cybersecurity, Observability, Infrastructure as Code, Automation, Software Testing, and OutSystems.
In Portugal, Noesis aims to increase its workforce by more than 10% compared to last year, solidifying its position as a major player in the national tech sector. The company is also strengthening its local presence through its eight offices, including locations in Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra, Covilhã, Proença-a-Nova, Castelo Branco, and Guarda.
As part of this expansion, Noesis recently opened two new offices in Proença-a-Nova and Castelo Branco, where it plans to hire around 30 new professionals by the end of the year.

Noesis currently employs around 1,300 professionals across seven countries – Portugal, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, Brazil, the USA, and the UAE – with 1,200 of them based in Portugal.
