Indra is gearing up to hire 2,400 technology professionals this year, mainly to support its booming defense projects. The Spanish multinational is on the lookout for engineers, radar technicians, AI specialists, cloud experts, cyber defense pros, and electronics wizards. Key projects include the Future Combat Air System (FCAS), the 8x8 armored vehicles, advanced radar development, and space surveillance.
Most jobs will be based in Madrid, Catalonia, Andalusia, and Galicia. About 65% of the roles target experienced pros, while 35% are reserved for young talent eager to grow. Indra is also recruiting for its air traffic management, Mobility, and Minsait divisions.
The company emphasizes that many defense technologies have civilian applications, meaning hires will work on cutting-edge innovations impacting society and the economy. Along with stable employment, Indra promotes work-life balance and offers international project opportunities across 46 countries.
Mari Carmen Moneva, Indra’s HR chief, highlights the group’s goal to attract top talent by providing a growth-focused, innovative environment where both veterans and newcomers can thrive.
