Spanish technology company Hiberus has closed a new corporate deal. VASS sells SAP corporate unit to Hiberus in an absolute asset transfer.
The transaction includes the transfer of 120 specialized professionals to Hiberus. This move marks another major step for IT consultancy acquisitions Spain.
Expanding Technical Teams
Hiberus is a major technology player with over 5,000 employees. The company currently operates 30 regional hubs across Europe, Latin America, the US, and Africa.
The new deal completely changes its market reach. As Hiberus acquires VASS SAP division, its dedicated SAP team scales to more than 300 certified specialists.
Meanwhile, VASS will continue to run its other international divisions. This includes its dedicated technology hub in Portugal.
