Foundever has published its latest ESG Report, showcasing industry-leading performance in workforce well-being and gender equality. The global customer experience leader achieved an Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) of 48.1—surpassing the industry average of 32 by 16 points—supported by an 84.1% participation rate across 130,000 workers in 45 countries.
Workplace Diversity and Portuguese Operations
In alignment with global workforce diversity metrics, 51% of all internal promotions were awarded to women, who now make up 53% of the company's global workforce. Portugal has emerged as a major hub for this progress: with over 3,800 team members based in Lisbon and Porto, the company secured recognition in the Foundever employee satisfaction awards circuit through the Best Places to Work program for the third consecutive year.
Regional Executive Leadership
The regional strategy for EMEA is led from Lisbon by executive Benedita Miranda, who oversees 28,000+ employees across 17 countries.
Investments in AI Skills and Climate Action
Beyond diversity and women in leadership promotions, the report details significant investments in AI skills training and environmental sustainability. Over 59,500 employees participated in the EverBetter well-being program, while internal AI webinars drew more than 14,000 participants.
Science-Based Decarbonization Goals
On the climate front, Foundever achieved a 6% reduction in total emissions, earning validation from the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) for its decarbonization strategy.
