Multinational outsourcing company Concentrix will open a new 3,500 m² office in Lisbon’s Parque das Nações, its seventh in Portugal, creating around 500 new jobs.
In Portugal, Concentrix employs over 6,000 people of 82 nationalities across Aveiro, Porto, Braga, and Lisbon. The company leverages multilingual skills and AI-based solutions to enhance customer experience and transform clients’ businesses, according to Carlos Moreira, Managing Director of Concentrix Portugal.
Globally, the North American firm employs 450,000 people and serves more than 2,000 international clients. This expansion underscores Concentrix’s commitment to Portugal and its ability to attract both local and international talent.
