Century 21 has introduced FINANCE21, a new fintech platform that helps make mortgage lending faster and easier. The platform begins by checking a customer's financial situation before they start looking for a home. It offers live loan estimates with many banks, automatically checks important documents, and allows people to sign contracts online through connections with different technology systems.
FINANCE21 was created with the help of Finsolutia and is designed to provide about €750 million in loans by 2025 and €1 billion by 2026, helping around 6,000 families.
The platform is available at Century 21's 200+ offices and new special credit service locations. Even customers who aren’t part of Century 21 can use it. This new service comes after Century 21 has invested €3 million in technology since 2021, making it the first real estate company in Portugal to include automated mortgage options in the home buying process.
