Capgemini to acquire Cloud4C, boosting cloud automation and generative AI capabilities

Capgemini has signed an agreement to acquire Cloud4C, a global provider of managed and automated services for hybrid and sovereign cloud environments. The deal, still subject to regulatory approval, is expected to close in the coming months.

Founded in 2014, Cloud4C operates in 29 countries with 1,600 employees. The company specializes in hyper-automated platforms optimized for AI, covering consulting, infrastructure migration, automation, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and compliance. It is also a premium SAP partner, notably in S/4HANA Cloud, with strategic ties to hyperscalers and tech providers.

Capgemini says the acquisition will strengthen its position in cloud managed services while expanding its ability to deliver generative AI solutions tailored to different industries. The move also enhances its end-to-end SAP services offering by combining Syniti’s data expertise with Cloud4C’s SAP cloud management skills.

CEO Aiman Ezzat commented: “This acquisition will enable us to reinforce our leadership in cloud automation platforms powered by Gen AI, providing scalable industry solutions for clients worldwide.”
