Braga’s F3M Sells Angolan Operation, Focuses on Healthcare and Mozambique Growth

F3M – Information Systems, a Braga-based software company with a turnover near €7 million and 150 employees, has sold its Angolan operation to competitor inCentea. CEO Pedro Fraga cited challenges in Angola, including exchange rate volatility and difficulties with international payments, and stressed that the Mozambican operation continues to grow steadily.

Fraga confirmed that F3M Mozambique is expected to grow 11% in 2025 compared to 2024, with plans to expand its team and integrate AI-powered tools for business clients. Meanwhile, F3M’s Portuguese operations remain strong, particularly in healthcare, optics, and the textile sectors. The healthcare segment has seen a 40% growth since the pandemic, with around 70% of clients migrated to cloud solutions. Textile and apparel clients are also benefiting from new solutions focused on digital twin, quality control, and factory floor management.

Looking ahead, Fraga acknowledged that an eventual sale of F3M could occur in the coming years, including possibly in 2026, citing the company’s recurring growth strategy and increasing attractiveness. The group continues to invest in national expansion and consulting services for cybersecurity, anti-corruption compliance, and GDPR implementation.
