Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Finance & Risk processes.
• Validate SAP solutions against business requirements and operational needs.
• Identify functional gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Support testing activities, ensuring alignment between SAP solutions and business expectations.
• Ensure global alignment across processes, solutions, and countries.
• Contribute to the definition and documentation of global architecture.
• Prepare IT/OT architecture design templates, toolkits, and supporting documentation.
• Propose architecture and solution changes when needed.
• Create and maintain procedures to support process consistency and operational efficiency.
• Support process management activities across Finance & Risk domains.
• Contribute to the automation of activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams in complex environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
• Up to 15 years of professional experience in application consulting, SAP consulting, or similar roles.
• Experience with SAP Finance & Risk modules.
• Strong functional knowledge of R2R, Treasury, Payments, and Bank Integration processes.
• Proven experience in S/4HANA projects.
• Ability to validate SAP solutions against business and operational requirements.
• Experience identifying functional gaps, risks, and solution impacts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with business, IT, and operational stakeholders.
• Ability to work in collaborative and international environments.
• Strong commitment to quality, alignment, and delivery excellence.

Nice to have:

• Experience in multi-country environments.
• Experience supporting global SAP rollouts or transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Finance & Risk process standardization.
• Experience with IT/OT architecture-related initiatives.
• Experience in process automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills.
