For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• At least 5 years of experience as a SAP Success Factors with PMGM (Performance & Goals Management)
• Previous experience with at least 3 end to end PMGM implementations
• Strong stakeholder communication (gathering requirements)
• Strong understanding of performance management processes and best practices
• Experience with system configuration, testing and deployment
• SAP Success Factors PMGM certification (plus)
• Knowledge of data migration and integration tools (plus)
• Fluency in English is mandatory (B2)
• Available for a Hybrid work model in Braga, Coimbra or Lisbon 1 x week (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit).
