For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree and 2+ years of experience or Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience;
  • Strong hands-on experience with jMeter for performance testing (mandatory);
  • Experience designing and executing load and stress tests;
  • Holder of ISTQB Certification or equivalent testing certification;
  • Understanding of test automation frameworks such as Selenium and Newman;
  • Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies;
  • Familiarity with AI-driven testing techniques and AI-assisted QA tools;
  • Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle and defect management;
  • Experience with penetration testing concepts (nice to have);
  • Experience working in Agile environments;
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices;
  • Experience improving test coverage through AI-assisted tooling;
  • Fluency in English (B2 Level or higher);
  • Availability for a hybrid regime, 2x/week, in Coimbra, Lisbon or Braga (candidates must be based in Portugal and Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit is required).
