For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

  • +6 years of experience as a Delivery Manager
  • Hands-on proficiency in delivery planning, including roadmap coordination across multiple platforms and stakeholders in a cross-functional, multi-site organization.
  • Strong command of risk management practices, with the ability to challenge unrealistic commitments, surface blockers early, and escalate issues before they impact delivery timelines.
  • Familiarity with application migration and system decommissioning initiatives, supporting technical transitions while maintaining service stability and stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills to provide clear, consistent delivery status visibility to both technical teams and business stakeholders in a distributed environment.
  • Fluency in English B2 & French (B2)
  • Availability for Hybrid model 2 x week based in Porto or Lisbon
  • Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
