We’re a young, dynamic team bringing fresh innovation to the energy sector with cutting-edge, AI-powered data analytics delivered through SaaS solutions. We’re on the lookout for a talented Junior Innovation Project Manager with a background in Management, Energy or Environmental fields to help drive forward exciting innovation and commercial projects.
Job scope:
- Lead idea screening, concept testing/optimization, and pipeline development efforts;
- Collaborate in managing R&D projects;
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of innovation initiatives that support the organisation’s strategic direction;
- Lead ideas through the initiation, elaboration and valuation processes, including coordination of financial value analysis and business case development;
- Conduct key competitor and industry analysis to bring forth industry trends and insights.
Technical/Non-Technical skills:
- Experience in renewable energy & energy efficiency topics;
- Knowledge of creativity/innovation tools, such as design thinking, co-creation, value proposition, etc;
- Good attention to details and quality of deliverables required;
- Motivation and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Management, Mechanical, Environmental, Electrotechnics Engineering or equivalent;
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient written & oral communication in English, with the ability to tailor presentation of complex information to a range of different audiences;
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
