The role:
We are looking for a motivated and versatile Salesforce Business Analyst and Salesforce Administrator who thrives at the intersection of business and technology.
In this hybrid role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to capture, analyze, and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, while also performing hands-on configuration and platform administration.
Your work will directly contribute to enhancing customer journeys, ensuring platform governance, and optimizing operational processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear user stories with robust acceptance criteria
- Configure objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets in Salesforce
- Support sprint planning, testing cycles, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Identify opportunities for business process automation and functional optimization
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and administrators to design scalable Salesforce solutions
- Support data quality initiatives, including data validation and reporting
- Align with project stakeholders, manage expectations, and monitor roadmap risks
We believe that the right profile for this job should have / be:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator (target, not rigid)
- Hands-on practical knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and user story development
- Experience with declarative tools, such as Flows, validation rules, and reports/dashboards
- Skills in data analysis and business process modeling
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail, structured documentation skills, and analytical thinking
- Salesforce certifications, such as:
- Salesforce Administrator (highly recommended)
- Platform App Builder (preferable)
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification (preferable)
