Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data to produce relevant insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support pricing strategy initiatives and the management of financial products.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations for reporting purposes.
- Monitor the business line’s key KPIs.
- Support the implementation of reporting automation processes.
- Assist in the analysis and implementation of pricing strategies.
- Create and maintain financial products within the company’s systems.
- Conduct market benchmarking activities.
- Participate in cross-functional projects supporting the company’s strategic goals.
We believe that the right profile for this job should have /be:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Controlling, preferably within an international company.
- Experience with automation tools and processes will be considered an advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
- Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI, Qlik, or other reporting tools will be considered an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong analytical skills, accountability, autonomy, discipline, proactivity, effective communication, teamwork, loyalty, results orientation, and the ability to work well under pressure.
