Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data to produce relevant insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support pricing strategy initiatives and the management of financial products.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations for reporting purposes.
• Monitor the business line’s key KPIs.
• Support the implementation of reporting automation processes.
• Assist in the analysis and implementation of pricing strategies.
• Create and maintain financial products within the company’s systems.
• Conduct market benchmarking activities.
• Participate in cross-functional projects supporting the company’s strategic goals.

We believe that the right profile for this job should have /be:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Controlling, preferably within an international company.
• Experience with automation tools and processes will be considered an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI, Qlik, or other reporting tools will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong analytical skills, accountability, autonomy, discipline, proactivity, effective communication, teamwork, loyalty, results orientation, and the ability to work well under pressure.
