Senior HR Systems Lead (m/f/d)
We're looking for an experienced leader to strategically guide our HR Systems team and drive the digital HR transformation at TUI Musement. This hybrid position requires regular attendance at one of our offices.

ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll define and own the strategic roadmap for HR Systems at TUI Musement, identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and improvements to support our business objectives.
- Leading and developing a team of 3, you'll set clear priorities, allocate resources effectively, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Establishing and maintaining governance frameworks, standards, and policies for HR Systems is part of your remit.
- As a key member of the TUI People Leadership Team, you'll represent HR Systems in senior leadership forums.
- Overseeing the delivery of major HR Systems projects and process improvement initiatives through effective project management.
- You'll drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR Systems and processes.
ABOUT YOU
- You bring proven experience in HR Systems management with a strong track record of leading HR Systems strategies.
- With demonstrated leadership experience, you've already led and developed high-performance teams.
- Your extensive experience in leading global HR Systems implementations sets you apart.
- You have proven experience in strategic planning, including developing and executing multi-year roadmaps.
- Strong technical knowledge of the SuccessFactors platform and modules.
- Fluent in English.
