The B2B Experience Team

The B2B Experience Team is responsible for the platform tools within the marketplace ecosystem. We solve issues for operators, partners, and third-party merchants, driving efficiency, scalability, and trust across the platform.

We focus on creating intuitive and reliable experiences that enable our partners to effectively manage their businesses, make informed decisions, and deliver great outcomes for end customers. By closely collaborating with product, engineering, data, and sales teams, we balance complex operational needs with simple, well-designed solutions—always grounded in customer insights and business impact.

Work Location: Remote in the UK, Poland, or Portugal

This role is a remote position based in Poland or Portugal. Occasional travel to the company's offices as needed.

What You Will Do

Drive Product Strategy and Outcomes

  • Assess opportunities and challenges at the pillar level, significantly contributing to strategy and product roadmaps.
  • Translate research and data into clear problem definitions, recommendations, and success metrics.
  • Constructively challenge assumptions and advocate for customer-centric, evidence-based decision-making.

Deliver High-Quality Design

  • Own end-to-end design across multiple areas, from discovery to delivery.
  • Plan and conduct user research, synthesizing information into actionable directions.
  • Create flows, maps, IA, and prototypes to communicate and test solutions.
  • Ensure design quality through collaboration, Design QA, and attention to detail.
  • Utilize and contribute to the Design System to ensure consistency and scalability.

Collaborate, Influence, and Guide

  • Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and sales to create alignment and progress.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively, adjusting your approach for different audiences.
  • Guide and advocate for helping peers connect our work to customer and business goals.
  • Identify and proactively remove obstacles, maintaining momentum without sacrificing quality.

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and decision-making in daily activities.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively with a global mindset.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Design.
  • Experience in marketplaces is required.
  • Thinks strategically and loves being involved in delivering meaningful results.
  • Informs decisions with research, data, and customer insights.
  • Comfortable dealing with spaces with complex problems and influencing directions.
  • Communicates clearly, confidently, and empathetically.
  • Embraces feedback, adapts to change, and has a tendency toward progress.
