What You Will Do

Lead the Art and Quality of the Vertical

• Define and maintain a high standard for interaction, UX, and visual design quality across all real estate experiences.
• Identify gaps in experience consistency and foster alignment across teams.
• Translate strong design instincts into explicit and replicable patterns.

Manage Design Systems and Governance for Real Estate

• Define how the design system is applied, extended, and governed within the vertical.
• Establish clear guidelines, principles, and usage standards to reduce fragmentation.
• Collaborate with design system teams to ensure consistency across OLX, meeting the specific needs of the vertical.

Drive AI-Ready Design Fundamentals

• Lead the evolution of design systems and standards for structured, machine-readable formats.
• Ensure that components, patterns, and flows are designed for AI-assisted creation and scalability.
• Explore how AI can enhance consistency and quality application.

Be a Hands-On Art Leader

• Design and prototype critical flows and interactions in person.
• Pursue excellence in the remaining 20% of execution, where quality truly stands out.

What We Are Looking For

Experience & Art

• More than 10 years in product design, with experience at Staff or Principal level.
• Proven track record in delivering complex, high-quality digital products.
